About this course

Full-Stack Product Manager is an intensive 3-day course that gives you a complete, practical understanding of modern product management. Built by former CPOs and coaches from Swedish unicorns like Spotify, iZettle, and Einride, this course shows you how strategy, discovery, delivery, analytics, and go-to-market actually connect in day-to-day product work.

The Gap This Course Fills

Product management has changed. You're no longer expected to just manage backlogs and coordinate delivery. Today's PMs are accountable for outcomes, not outputs. You're expected to shape strategy, run discovery, use data to make decisions, and help your team build products that customers love and that work for the business.

Many PMs feel this shift intuitively. But few have been given a clear, practical structure for what the role actually looks like end-to-end, or how all the pieces fit together.

This course is designed to close that gap.

What Makes This Course Different

This course is built by people who've done the job. The team behind the training are seasoned practitioners who've held roles like PM, Head of Product, VP Product, and CPO, and thought leaders who co-created the Spotify model and what we now know as the Product Operating Model. The content is grounded in real experience from the Nordic tech scene, where team autonomy, enabling leadership, and culture are foundational to how product work happens. It's pragmatic, grounded in real experience and research, not theory.

You'll leave with a holistic view of the PM role, practical tools you can apply immediately, and the confidence to operate as a true product leader.

Frequently asked questions

Is this course for beginners or experienced PMs?

Both. If you're newer to product management, you'll get a solid foundation and a clear map of how everything connects. Experienced PMs tell us they appreciate the holistic view and leave with concrete tools they can apply immediately. That said, the pace is intensive, so complete beginners may find it challenging.

How much time do I need to commit?

Plan for three full working days (09:00-17:00 CET), plus about 1-2 hours of pre-reading. After the course, you'll have a 1-hour coaching session scheduled at your convenience.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Yes. We'll send you a short reading list (about 1-1.5 hours). We also ask you to bring your current backlog to use in exercises (you can anonymize it if needed).

What if I can't attend part of a session?

The course is designed to be attended live, as much of the learning happens in group exercises and discussions. If all participants consent, we can record theory sessions. We recommend blocking your calendar fully for the three days.

What language is the course taught in?

English.

Is this available in person?

Currently the course runs remotely via Zoom. Some future cohorts may be offered in person in Stockholm.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. You'll receive a certificate of attendance from Better Product Work at the end of the course.

Can my company pay for this?

Yes. We invoice after booking is confirmed, making it straightforward to expense through your company's training or professional development budget.

Is there a group discount for teams?

Yes. Contact us for team pricing if you're booking for multiple participants.

What makes this different from other PM courses?

Most courses focus on one slice of product management, whether that's discovery, agile delivery, or strategy. This course is full-stack: a hands-on, holistic program that shows how strategy, discovery, delivery, analytics, go-to-market, and leadership actually connect in your day-to-day work. You'll leave with a complete picture, not just pieces.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at no cost up to one month before the course. You can also transfer your spot to a colleague or reschedule to another cohort up to two weeks before.

Who are the other participants?

Each cohort brings together PMs from different industries and company sizes. Previous participants have come from startups, scale-ups, and enterprises. The mix creates valuable peer learning and fresh perspectives.

Will I have access to materials after the course?

Yes. You'll receive all presentations and handouts in PDF format, continued access to the course Miro board, and lifetime access to the alumni Slack community.
