Having Empowered Product Teams is a fantastic start, but how do we know if we are striving in the same direction? The right direction? How do we measure real progress and success? This is a hands-on course where we describe how to bring to life strategies and tactics, using OKRs. You will build your own OKRs using your own backlog that you bring to the course.
